The Complete protein bar is meat + fruit + a vegetable and an original spice blend, baked in a bar. While traveling for work or with my family I could not find healthy, good tasting options in gas stations or convenience stores - so I created exactly what I was wanting! It needed to be satisfying, good tasting, high protein, convenient, and an option that is good for you.
Our ingredients and process are simple:
- 90% lean ground beef,
- Fruit,
- Vegetable,
- My original spice blend.
- Baked in a bar.
- No empty calories.
These refrigerated or frozen bars:
- Have no added sugar, soy, oil, nitrates, nitrites, or nuts.
They are:
- Gluten-free,
- Dairy-free,
- Keto,
- Paleo,
- Low carb, and;
- Carnivore-friendly options.
